Great group experience; good people, nice time.
-Sandra R.

Everything was perfect thanks to Lorna. A group of strangers became friends in such a short time.

Firstly, the visa process was a breeze. This was handled very professionally and it made everything very easy. Payment was also easy and convenient. With just the click of a button, I was paid and confirmed. I also appreciate the email updates as we got closer to departure. They were perfectly timed to ensure that we were well-informed of the process all the way up to departure. I also appreciated all of the articles on Cuba that were sent to help us familiarize ourselves with the destination. Lorna, before, during and even now that the trip has ended, you were very professional, courteous and concerned with everyone’s well-being. You were always asking if everyone was ok and comfortable. I appreciate that a lot! Because of your...
-Mario N.

I think this was a well-planned and organized trip. Everything was put together perfectly!
Organizing and ensuring "everyone" enjoyed their visit to Cuba. Lorna catered and made sure no one was missing out of any part of the trip to Cuba.
The minute I landed in Cuba, I realize that there are so many misconceptions about Cuba. The people are happy and take pride with what they have. Cuba is a place that everyone should visit.
-S. Campbell

Adjala did a fantastic job. I cannot think of anything you could have done better. It is a difficult job trying to please everyone and you managed to keep a harmonious group. You did everything well. Details for the travel to the Santa Ria presentation could have been better worked out. Perhaps arranging taxis rather than depending on public transportation.
